Maru Sanniya Maskesi, Sri Lanka'nın geleneksel Sanni Yakuma ritüelinden ölümü veya ölümcül hastalığı simgeleyen çarpıcı bir temsilidir. Canlı bir şekilde elle boyanmış maske, ateşli sarı ve kırmızı desenlere sahip cesur siyah bir tabana, yoğun yuvarlak gözlere ve keskin beyaz dişlerle dolu geniş kırmızı bir ağza sahiptir - korkunç, manevi varlığını vurgulamaktadır. Kapala Sanniya Maskesi, şeytanların neden olduğu 18 çeşit hastalığın insan vücudundan temizlendiği bir performans ile şifa ve kutsamak amacıyla kullanılır

5. Masks are made from acrylic paint on goda kaduru (strychnine tree) wood.
6. All masks are to be used as home decor items and not to wear for traditional kolam dancing. If you require wearable masks, you will need to order a specific type with spaces / gaps for the mouth, eyes and proper breathing. Custom made wearable masks can be ordered separately upon request and proper measurement.
